Donna and I are in our home in Door County and want to again thank you for the wonderful job you and your team at Laubenstein Construction did in building it. After a year of living here, I cannot find anything that is not of the highest quality in material and workmanship. We have had many guests arid they all comment on how well the home is constructed and how beautiful it is.
When I started this project, the thought of building something this important to me at a distance from my primary home was pretty scary. I knew that I had to find a builder that was trustworthy, would do excellent work, and was easy to communicate with. I considered several different builders and selecting your firm was one of the best decisions I ever made. You exceeded all of my expectations.
Your crews at the I obsite were wonderful people that I enjoyed meeting, you managed the subcontractors well and made them perform to your rigid expectations, and you made sure that all of the material was of the very best quality. Your people did an excellent job from the very start with great jobs on the framing and siding, and they really shined on the finish work. The trim inside the home was difficult due to the very long runs of beams and the intricate woodwork. It was done beautifully and with the first year past I can see that it will age well and stay beautiful in spite of changes in humidity and wear.
The home was completed on schedule and working with you was areal joy. You kept us informed on what was going on and any questions were quickly and easily answered I would be proud to recommend you and your team to anyone interested in building a beautiful high quality home. I only wish we were building another one together.
